My Story

I was born and raised in Central California, but left for many years to live in the San Francisco Bay Area. While I was there, I graduated with my bachelor's and master's degree from Palo Alto University, and worked in many different settings and with diverse populations including foster youth and adults involved in the Santa Clara County Criminal Justice Program. The 2020 pandemic proved that services could continue to be provided effectively via telehealth, and I've recently joined a thriving online practice called Grow Therapy. The 2020 pandemic was not without a silver lining, as remote work made it conducive and feasible to move back to Central California to be closer to family and friends.
